Abby Roth

Abby is an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about health and vitality inside and out. She specializes in achieving natural results with Botox and fillers, balancing hormones, and improving sexual health and wellness. Abby is a certified BioTE provider and has advanced training in injectables, including PRP and the O-Shot. She has her doctorate in nursing and continually pursues education in new areas of anti-aging and aesthetic medicine to provide the best options and care for her patients.

Outside of work, Abby spends most of her time with her husband and two children, enjoying the lake year-round and traveling when they can.

Kayla Miller

Kayla is an experienced surgical Physician Assistant with a background in multiple surgical specialties. At Omni, she works closely with Dr. Rolfes, caring for patients throughout their surgical experience—from preoperative clearance and education to assisting in the operating room and supporting recovery after surgery.

She is committed to providing thoughtful, individualized care and takes pride in making sure patients feel informed, comfortable, and well cared for at every step. Kayla continues to pursue ongoing education in plastic surgery and perioperative care to expand her knowledge and provide the best possible experience for her patients.

Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends. In her free time, you’ll usually find her golfing, playing pickleball, or spending time at the lake.

Brittany Kmicinski

Brittany has been in the industry for eight years and truly has a passion for boosting her patients’ confidence and helping them feel beautiful in their own skin. She excels at this by creating a personalized skin care plan to best suit each client’s short- and long-term aesthetic goals.

A few of her favorite treatments include Halo, BBL, skin tightening, laser resurfacing, and various facial treatments that help slow the aging process and target imperfections such as fine lines and wrinkles, brown spots, redness, acne, and scarring. Brittany pairs all treatment recommendations with an individualized at-home skin care regimen that includes pharmaceutical-grade products.

When not in the clinic, you can find Brittany at the cabin, on the lake, on the volleyball court, staying active, and spending quality time with family and friends—especially her husband!

Maretta Johannes

Maretta has worked for over 20 years as a licensed aesthetician and is highly skilled in skin assessment, skin care, and laser treatments. Her focus has always been on using the best technology available to provide the best skin care for the patients and clients under her care. She specializes in both surgical and non-invasive medical skin care procedures using the state-of-the-art Sciton™ laser and time-proven techniques with advanced technology.

She is a great listener and loves to work with each patient to customize a treatment plan and help them achieve their skin care goals. Maretta understands the art and science of cosmeceutical formulations (over the counter) versus pharmaceutical formulations (medical-strength products) to restore the skin’s optimal health. Additionally, Maretta is a Certified Laser Technician and has completed advanced education and training in SkinPen, HydraFacial, and Permanent Cosmetics.

Maretta’s energy for continued research of skin care products and services, and for continued education, motivated her to complete her A.A. degree in sciences to better understand skin care.

In addition to advancing her own education in the St. Cloud and Sartell area, Maretta has passed on her knowledge through teaching and instructing opportunities in Cosmetology and Skin Aesthetics at St. Cloud Beauty College and Aveda Institute in Minneapolis. Maretta’s hallmark is her personal attention to detail in developing a customized skin treatment plan for each individual client. “I love using my clinical expertise to help my clients conquer any skin care challenges they may be experiencing.”

An important aspect of Maretta’s life is spending time with her family. She is an exercise enthusiast and enjoys travel, reading, walking, and home improvement.
